So help me decide. Replace the steering linkage ball joints with ball joints or heims? Ball joints would be easier. Hiems would last way longer? I have no experience with them but they seem hardier and articulate better. matt

My '00d2 has bad ball joint rubber,all of them. Pretty sure specialty tool BFH will take care of drag and tie rod ends but what about the steering knuckle? Do I need tool LRT-54-008 to do the job? Thanks in advance. ...and thanks to who ever posted the monkey blown gasket on the penguin car...

Did a bit of searching and looked at the rave manual but I'm still not sure if I can remove solenoid(and pin?) from underneath the disco or from inside via removing center console. Does anyone know the bolts size or does the solenoid screw in from the top? Thanks in advance, Matt its a 2k disco
