If a front driveshaft is out of balance will it vibrate at all speeds or just a certain speed? My '04 is smooth up to 65 and over that shakes like hell. Thought it might be my new tires bought 300 miles ago but these have been balanced twice so I am discounting these.

2004 Disco 2 60K miles seems the outer plastic rim of my cooling fan broke off (?) and shredded the fan cowl. Anybody have this happen? Is this a known "fault" or a pre-curser to something more sinister? Thanks Christopher
