D2 and d1 are slightly different in the way they move unit and iirc isn't a straight swap over. But they look better IMO.

That's the issue. The overwattage bulbs will make the sealant outgas. I'd swap back, the 100w is plenty bright aimed bright.

Mod the watts. It's hard to get a good angle on the pan hard. Your limiting factor is the radius arms. You won't flex enough to use any more than 12" travel. The bilstien 12" short body shocks work very well. 360/80 was good for me. And retain those springs. Much more stable, rather much less...

Retain the rear too. The slight decrease of flex will add to stability and most likely curtail the rubbing. And if it doesn't, longer bumpstops.

X2 Side note, which dallas shop moved then closed up? Saw them liquidating a while back on Facebook I think. They may not have been rover specific but defiantly British oriented.

4.75" is 120.65mm The studs do bind with those wheels and that is normal for those wheels. A small amount of reaming is needed. Or buy the correct wheels for the truck.

New transmission. It will fail.
