Yesterday the weld that holds the flange on the top of the passenger side exhaust (where it meets the manifold) broke. I can fix it, however, the problem is that my shop is about 80 miles away... Can I drive it that far without damaging something or do I need to look at fixing it locally?

Got the engine in my '99 DII. She'll crank, has a spark, but won't fire. Depressing the Schrader valve shows no fuel pressure at the rail. The tank had about 9 gallons of 4 year old gas in it . Would sitting in this stuff for so long have killed the fuel pump?
