Many IPF lights are all metal and they come with a 130w light from the factory. Mine did. I've also seen 190w bulbs in IPF lights with no problems.

IPF makes them. I don't have them but I do have IPF 90w/145w (low beam/high beam) in my headlights and love it.

There's a lot of great electrical supplies here:

Be very careful putting too large of a bulb in your lights. At some point you have to ask yourself where the point of diminishing return is. I would have to say 190w is beyond that point. You're asking for trouble.

well I thought I would be cool and ran 70/130 's in my brand new outback a ways back...they melted the refectors and the leads and one looked as though it was on fire at one point (when I discovered the problem)

guess I should quit at the 70/90's

Been running mine in my D1 for 4 years now and no problems. Also have the IPF high wattage wiring loom. I did replace one a while back when I cracked it in an accident.
