1998 Discovery rear defroster not working

30 amp fuse in engine compartment is good. Rear defroster switch shows no power (amber light ) and I cant hear a relay coming on. What are the common issues and what steps should I take to resolve?

Those switches build up corrosion on the internal contacts. They are pretty easy to pull apart and clean.

Hi, only one "disclaimer" : "since all rear gate electrical is controlled by MFU, take in mind that all tests should be performed with a closed drivers door. If your door's buttons do not work, start from this point and run MFU input/output test"
