my seat heaters worked up until a month ago....wondering were the fuses are for these....any help appreciated

It's probably not the fuses, but the heating elements IN the seats that fail. Check out :

I would highly doubt that both seat heaters would simultaneously fail, although nothing would surprise me in a rover. IF the elements did fail, it is not that hard... the hard part is getting the 12 year old leather covering off, followed by the 12 year old seat foam, (and then both back in place) without damaging either one. I also learned the hard way that you have to replace both the back and the butt, because there was a part supercession, and the resistence is different in the new part vs. the old part. You will not get full butt/back heating and you could burn out your new element if you mix them.
