I am testing the waters. My rangie was my daily driver for the past three years but now it just sits there since I bought a new magnum last month. Possibly, the rover will make a comeback once the newness of the magnum wears off but for now, the thing just sits there. If there is any interest, I'll list all the new stuff and problem areas.

thanks,
Mike

New stuff off the top of my head:

Rovertym rear control arms
Rovertym upper a arm extension
rovertym 3 inch springs
GRB rear driveshaft (no donut)
custom winch bumper (no winch)
driver side cat
flowmaster and tailpipe
iac
radiator recored
battery (ultima type)
alternator
new headliner
coolant hoses (genuine rover)
brake pads (genuine rover)
New, 15x8 steel rims (not installed and no tires yet)
new,used rear axle assy

Lots more but I'd have to go out to the truck to get the receipt folder

bad stuff:
passenger rear dog bone is rusted through
rear bumper end caps are gone
dent on pass. rear quarter (small)
under carpet has small amounts of rust
front seat switches intermittant
rear pass. window inop and is wedged in the up position (little plastic clip is broken)

I am sure there is more on the bad stuff side too but I'd have to do a walk around

first pic is the new bumper, second is the rover prior to lift

Oh, the price. I paid $7500 three years ago and drove it every day. I'd think it is worth about $5000. I put almost 75000 miles on it in three years. It is at about 178000 now.

New Price

Lowered to $4000. I couldn't get it to run after it sat for a month. I replaced the coil and amplifier per the rover troubleshooting disk of knowledge and now it's running again. I also replaced the shocks with procomp to make up for the lift.

added bonus: I'll take pics tonight. I might throw in my trailer that is now level with the rover. It is a military trailer that had the 40 inch retreads and was used behind duece and a halfs. I swapped the axle with a 4 inch drop, 7500 pound axle with tires that match the rover. Still painted in USMC colors.

$4500 takes both.
