Additional gauges?

Has anyone done any work adding gauges to their Land Rover? I'm used to having a lot more dials to look at. Any recommendations on brands and which ones to add? I like having oil pressure & temp., volts, engine (coolant) temp. etc. I admit it, mostly what I like is the driver's compartment looking like jet fighter, but what the h3ck. ;) Anyway, curious what others think.

Having a temp indicator that is more than a idiot light with a needle is a good thing. Also, a digital voltage indicator would be a great thing to have. Problem is finding a good place to put them without looking like a boy racer honda civic.
I plan to add at least a good VDO digital voltage indicator. I prefer the AutoMeter gauges (that's what is in my race car) but the VDO digital volt meter has a better display than the AutoMeter.

i think you should just save up for a touareg.

this is just the center counsole. there's more dials in between the driver and passenger seats. in the dark with the interior lights on, it does look like the interior of an airplaine with all the other lighted buttons on the dash and steering wheel.

I'm running a few gauges, and I had a custom A-pillar made for them. I like the sorta' clean look. It was a perfomance shop here local.

Thanks for the respones. I have to admit my OTHER car is a Subaru WRX-STi, so I have to keep shaking me head to not get too "riced" out. I like it clean too, it's just cool to have all that extra instrumentation. I think I'll go with the A pillar idea. Part of what I like in my Disco is that big coffee table dashboard. ;)
