This week I had to scramble to come up with an option for my scan tools. Im on some page that guys are talking about the stuff and I started talking to them about what they use.
So dude gets in touch with me claiming he’s selling a version that locksmiths use to avoid paying for a Topix subscription.
So the first night I’m supposed to do the download with this clown I got cold feet. I was going to buy a lock programming piece of hardware and software to run SDD and Pathfinder without being logged into JLR Topix. But I didn’t send him the money.
I look at his website and decided to just do the software for the diagnostic laptops.
This asshole was Jonny on the spot right there telling me what to do to get the laptop ready for his download. I sent him 650 thru PayPal and he was fucking gone. Just crickets. I had PayPal take that from a bank account I have linked to it( don’t do that). I managed to stop the payment cause it was still pending. When the asshole figured out something went wrong he started texting me telling me the shit didn’t work cause of me. He freaked out that I got that money back and thought I was in his account or some shit. Told me he would give me my money back. I told him I already took it. Sent him a request for the 30 stop payment and the dipshit payed it. Probably cause he’s trying to tell PayPal I’m the problem.
It was fun. The guy was saying his name is John Alvarado. He’s got a Facebook page that’s something like Autokeytechnology or some shit.
If you’re bored go fuck with him. His # is 951-203-8310. Tell him you want to do key programming or something.

Dang Stew.. The scammers have really picked up on the idea that scams for niche products are more successful because people don’t expect it.

This guy knew the technology. We talked about the all keys lost programming. But when I pissed him off and he left his script he was pretty obviously Indian.
I guess what you all should know is that if someone claims to have a version of Pathfinder and SDD that will run without being hooked up to Topix. Don’t believe him.
