Hey guys, I just got recommended to this site and I've looked all over this place and I just can't seem to find what it is I'm looking for. 1st- I've got a disco 2000 model and my abs and check eng soon have all but stopped me driving at night(its blinding). Here a while back my ABS light lit up. I've pulled the drivers side seat panel off and looked for the ABS relay. I was told to look for a blue pin connector and bridge to ports together. Well I don't think I have this things. I guess my truck is just freaking different. The other problem I have is my service eng. soon has came on. I just rolled over 100,000 miles so I was also told I could pull something to make that dissapear. I can't find that box either. Supposed to be under the passenger seat. I need some help. If anyone could let me know I would GREATLY appreciate it. thanks jamie lee

Since you have a DII the location is different.
Service Engine

I believe the ABS module is located in the same vicinity, but not entirely sure. Hopefully others will chime in with the answer.

With the D2, you have to use a test book for the ABS light , and either a test book and a scanner that is capiable of removing codes.

actually, this is for DI's only. on a DII, if your service engine light is on, you have tripped a code. get an obdII code reader and see what code you are throwing. any autozone/advance auto store should read and reset for free. find the code and check to see what it is here: http://www.iequus.com/obd_def.asp

ABS Warning Relay?

My ABS light was on in my 99D1. I swapped the green warning relay with the wiper relay (also green) and the light went out. Oh, the wipers work fine, too. So, I think it was just a matter of the ABS CPU not liking the original relay.
