tow importan things
1. make sure you have a nice meal before bed and a good amount. this will keep the inner fire burning all night. of course stay hydrated, but the food is what will keep the core working.
2. besides the less clothes is better for sleeping (this is so very true) you need to have a proper sleeping rated for the temps range you want to be in and most importantly one that fits you!!. so many people have sleeping bags that are to long to short to wide etc etc. your body has to heat those areas too..so get the right size. with sleeping bags you really do get what you pay for. cold spots are usually do to poor design and or the insulation bunching up in one specific area of the baffle. shake your bag out before you sleep in it. for col climes get a mummy bag if you are sleeping outside. your body heats it up much faster. if you need water bottles and things of that nature you have the wrong bag. cheers
