well I had my scan gauge for about a week and dropped it. The top half of the screen did not work. SHIT! So I called up the scan gauge people at their 800 number they listed in the paperwork...it was awesome that on the second ring someone answered the phone, no BS recording, I told her the top half of the screen stopped working and she said ok, immediately asked for my address, and sent me a brand new unit (no cable just main unit). I mean no questions asked. Awesome customer service, even sent a prepaid label to send the broken unit back.
