Nope not a remote unit

Nope, it's not a remote unit.. By 'remote' Im guessing you mean the sensors are 'stealth' mounted?

This one is just a Bel 935. It's about a $130 unit. It has forward and rear facing sensors, and does the basics but nothing special...

Don't forget being paced. And if your radar detectors cause you to slow down even for a minute than the points across and now you are complying. Where I work the goal isn't tickets it's compliance with the speed laws. As far as super excessive speeders, that usually ends in a crash some day. Which kills or hurts someone. I'm not a heavy handed guy but I will keep track of the different brands people have in their vehicle while they are getting a cite. might tell you guys whats the best one to avoid. don't wish a ticket on anyone just observations from the cop point of view. I'm not a traffic cop in the true sense. I do because it was a good experience and I love riding motorcycles. I will probably rotate backout in the spring to a street crimes unit.
