I have some 7100's in the 12' size. What kind of truck and lift are you trying to put 14' shocks on?

shocks

I have an '89 RRC with 3" springs, 2" spacers, 2" body lift. I already have to bilstein 7100 12" (not short body) . Are yours short body? Im making custom shock mounts. How much would you want for them, i might just go with 12 all around.

Ryan,
Sorry for not replying to your e-mail a few weeks ago. I have been pretty busy. I was actually only running 12" shocks on my truck. I have since downgraded the fronts to 10" Remote Reservoirs. I don't really think I was using all the travel up front anyway and wanted to get rid of the reservoirs in the engine bay. FWIW I am about to put 37's on my truck with a 3" lift and 2" rear spring spacers, no body lift... But lots of body cutting. I am actually making new rear wheel wells as we speak to fit the bigger meats and keep all of my travel.

Ryan,

Mine are the big boys, NOT short body. I run them with in the rear with a 3inch spring and 2inch spacer. I'm using RTE shock mounts all around. Mine are remote res.

If interested, email me.

Well in that case guys, i think you have me sold on the 12" i thought larry was using 14" and i was going to try and go his route so rtigulatendisco i sent you an email through the discoweb email service, dont know if that got to you or not but email me to my hotmail account. Also if you guys, larry or rtigulatendisco have any rear rovertym shock mounts that you are trying to get rid of or know of anyone let me know. Thanks guys. Oh and larry i am aiming for the total 7" lift and i ahve trimmed about 2-3" off the fenders with some jt whitney flares and am planning on running 35s until i through a D44 front and a D60 rear under it. That is a ways down the line so ill prb jsut stick with the 12" all around.

rtigulatendisco shoot me an email. i cant find your address.

How the hell do you stuff those things? you must have like 2" of stuff. I have a 4" lift with RTE upper mounts and homemade lower mounts with 12" short body and come very close to bottom those out. I have about an inch left. 12" Short body are 16" compressed, 14 Standard body are 21" compressed. That's pretty big!

I run RTE lower and upper shock mounts front and rear. It's just all about style :) Another view for you.
