I've heard of people routing the hose inside the cab., or into a tail light housing. I have also heard of people using a fuel filter from a motorcycle at the end. I'm going to route into a housing I think.

I don't think rain water is something to worry about! The breathers U over and face down, under the hood.

I think he is trying to extend his lines above the hood for lake crosses and such things that a few of us try and attempt.

Justin,
I am doing the same thing and will be plumbing them into a snorkle. Clean fresh air without rubber hoses hanging all over the place. I also replaced the dipsticks with rubber caps. Make sure to apply dielectric grease to all your connectors.

Most people move it to under the glove box. You have to be a little creative for mounting, I had removed the rear subwoofers, so the amps on the rightside were removed and in went the Comp. Also the main fuse box, same thing. It takes a very long time (many weekends) to get all this accomplished. Like I said, some of this is in planning stages. I haven't routed the new Comp wires yet, that will be a chore.
