Juniper Springs

It may be a little too north for ya, but it's closer to the east coast from Melbourne. Juniper Springs is in the Ocala National Forest and has very nice campgrounds. As the name states, there is also a natural spring area. The spring feeds into a river that heads further east to Lake Charles. You can bring your own canoe, or rent one. The river goes on for a few miles and takes around 3-4 hours to make it to the pick up point where you can get a ride back to the campsite.

You coming to the rally next week?

That sounds really cool, I'll have to check that out.

I just found out about the rally today, what are the dates? It depends if it's a good waterskiing day or not it it's on Saturday.

Rally info

Check out www.floridalandroverclub.com for more details and a schedule of events on the front page. It's going to be at Ocean Pond which I believe allows watersport activities. You may just get the best of all 3 worlds - Rovering, camping and skiing - all in one weekend!
