I got it done at www.rewarderheaders.com Turnaround time was about 2 days. The are in Cammarillo CA. They acid dip them then coat them. Cant wait to get them on. The truck will fall apart around them before they rust out. I think it is a ceramic coating, so look for someine who does that type of work in your area. The key thing for me was reduced heat in the engine bay.

David,

The manifolds were done at Rewarder Headers in Camarillo. I used Morse Muffler on Burbank Blvd near the Costco for my exhaust rebuild. They were very competitive as far as price goes. under $400 for my entire system. The coated manifolds cut down on underhood temps alot and they look good too. Where are you located in Burbank? I am on Catalina St. near the Chandler bike path.
