Coolant leak question..help

Hi all,

I have a rather small coolant leak from the cylinder head and rocker cover on the driver side, as you can see the location in this diagram.

I recently had the fuel injectors and rail replaced but never touched the rocker cover, I'm suspecting it's the intake manifold leak, is that correct?

If someone can provide some advice, it's greatly appreciated.
