Strange issue popped up yesterday. When the truck is put into ACC, I get the normal double chime (seatbelt), but the minute I go to shift, I get a beep (same tone) when I hit the shifter button. It only happens when in Park and in Neutral, no other time. If I hold the button, the beep continues.

I've cycled the T-Case shifter and the Trans shifter multiple times, no difference. This all popped up after I tapped the 12V wire for the CD Changer to install an accessory. I reversed the tap, but this issue persists. Any ideas?

Check your seat belt wires or any airbag wires under your seat.. You were near the cd changer and that's all I can think of possibly related..

A solid tone continuous beep?
Same tone as the seat belt chime, but if you hold the shifter button, it becomes a solid beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. Only happens in Neutral and Park. If you let go of the shifter button, noise stops.

I see, well it's warning you about something. I'll pull up a wiring diagram. You can check the whole circuit.
