Since Safety Devices reorganized how they're dealing with roof racks, there are a few vendors out there who would be more than glad to ship one to you.
Used: problem is, it's not small, so shipping isn't cheap. If you start with your ball-park price range, then you take the price out of shipping, you've dropped into the price range that damaged ones go for.... they're not cheap racks. Used, your ballpark price is about right for one in good shape, but then, you'll have to pay on top of that to ship.
If you need one quick, call a vendor. Otherwise, hang in there, you'll eventually find one close by enough to go get.
