I think the shipping was $30 to $40 and I got them in a few days. I added some other stuff to the bill for shipping since these are heavy anyway.

Do you know if they will fit heavy duty driveshafts in rear?

Yes they'll fit. You may need to replace the hex cap screws with socket cap screws for the flanges, otherwise the points on the hex caps can get into the alloy wheels. Steel wheels no problem.
