Odd coincidence on the timing of these ABS faults. ACE was already bypassed when I purchased the truck. The ACE pump was bypassed, it appears the ECU was reprogramed, but all the ACE equipment was left in place. So I replaced the sway bars with non-ace sway bars and took it for a test drive (this was about a week ago). Everything was fine until I hit some uneven road on the freeway and the dash lite up. Drove the truck home and cleared the codes. Took it around the block and the same codes came back on. This time it didn't want to clear. Left the truck alone for a few days then inspected the wiring, no obvious issues. Now I was able to clear the codes. Was running fine a few days and the code popped up again.

Is there anything else to check before ordering new hubs?

Replaced the driver side hub and so far, so good.

I wasn’t able to get a punch deep enough on the nut to release the stale so I picked up a hub nut stake tool (advertised for Toyotas) and it worked great and it’s a pretty cheap tool ~$15.
