I wasn't looking for an oven, but I stopped by the local liquidator's place on the way to lunch. I found a new without box Camp Chef stove/oven. It looks like it's never been used, came with the regulator still in the bubble wrap. One of the wind block flaps is a bit bent, but a pair of pliers quickly fixed that.

All this for $77. retails for $250 at Cabellas :victory:

Only problem is it doesn't fit in my storage containers. It will fit the trailer I intend on getting.

So I got to use it this weekend at the NASCAR race at PIR. I couldn't even boil water at 1500ft ASL in under an hour :banghead: The burners seem too weak to do anything. The oven got to 350 or so, so I could put the pot in there to boil :D I'm going to have it checked out to make sure it's all good to go.

Don't let Garret hear about you making frozen pizzas!!!

Makin' pizza tonight actually. Not sure what kind, but it will kick ass. I just have that feeling. Going to pair it up with a nice Victory Hop Devil! hah. I also went to Whole Food yesterday and got some yummy home made desserts to finish off the night with. Blueberry cobbler. BAM.

I even picked up some massage oil. ;) Uh huh. Shhh. Daniel thinks that stuff is for man on man sex.

If he's going to NASCAR events, then frozen pizza would seem fine.

Eh, I didn't have tickets for the race, just went down for a pre-race party my coworker had set up in Camptown. I had Spaghetti for Cincinnati Chili to boil.

I have the same stove. Yeah, it's kind of slow. About double the time of my other stove, but it does boil. I did a test with 1L of water, and it's about 10 minutes vs. 5 for my other stove.
