Dealer has been no help

About 1 week ago I took my '98 D1 (82K miles) into the dealership for a squeeking noise and a vibration. To this point they have not been any help so I turn to you guys.
Here is the deal. I get a vibration as I accelerate between 20-70 mph. If I let off the gas, no vibration. As far as the squeeking its random but only at low speeds(not brakes, 90% sure of that). I would like to try to diagnose this myself as the dealer just hit me up for a new viscous fan coupling(ouch). Any suggstions would be appreciated.

As asked there is no lift on the truck.

Wheel bearings?

Have you checked your wheel bearings? Squeaks at low speeds could be coming from there. If it's coming from your brakes, it would likely go away if you lightly applied the brakes and then come back once you took your foot off the pedal.

I don't konw where your vibe is coming from. Is your truck lifted?

do you notice the squeaking from a certain area, front say? is it completely random, or more noticeable going over bumps at all?

one of my front shock towers had come a little loose and squeaked whenever i hit any type of bump, rock, undulation. it also had a broken stud from a shock change, so i bought the rubber shock rings from EE and got rid of the squeaks.

The squeeking is from mainly middle front area, almost like it would be a belt, but its not. The sqeeking prompted me to do to the dealer where they replaced the fan coupling because that it what they suspected. Sqeeking is mainly under load on the engine, when I am accel.
