Recently, the window regulator cable snapped and I replaced it myself. Wasn't too hard over all. Ever since then, when i go to lock my car with the fob, it sets off the alarm. I removed the door panel again and disconnected the wires and reconnected them and it has stopped the alarm from going off but now the drivers door will not lock. The other doors do, just not the driver. Has anyone experienced this or have an idea on how to correct the situation?
