Estimating lift height

I'm looking to replace my current TF springs/shocks with better quality components (RTE, Dobinsons, or others), but would like to preserve my current ride height. I've a D1 on 255/85/16 tires. Front springs while laden with aftermarket bumper and winch are 11in tall (drivers side). Rear springs while laden with aftermarket bumper are 12.75in tall (drivers side). Does anyone have a recommendation for a certain manufacturer's springs at a particular lift height in order to achieve close to my current ride height? Thanks : )

I’ve got some ancient RTE springs in our RRC. Probably close to 20 yrs old. 3” lift and they are still holding it up well. Got some OME on my D1 also ancient, not as much lift as the RTEs but not sagging much. I do have 1” Gwen Lewis spring perch’s/spacers on the D1 as the OME spring lift isn’t the best. The old RTEs are pretty stiff though. Who knows if the quality is still up to par with RTE though. I really like the Gwen Lewis perches vs a spacer if you need to fine tune ur height. They make different sizes too and aren’t crazy expensive (more than spacers likely). Not sure I answered ur questions but food for thought. Gordo

This issue could use a lot more attention. The variables are.... height and rate and sprung weight of the vehicle (excluding wheels, axles, tie rods, etc)

That just addresses height/stance. The spring rate combined with the shocks used will greatly impact the ride comfort.

Attached is a compilation of the various springs available from LR and other vendors. It is NOT a complete list.
