Soon i hope to be putting two or maybe more hella 4000 Rallye lights on my expedition roof rack. Now i don't know which i should get out of the different choices of the 4000 series but i don't want to go over board like the exeon one. Also does anyone know if it would be a good idea to buy a highlift for my LR3 even though it doesn't look like you could use it. Because their is not place on the LR3 to hook up to. Now i can mount in on my rack to store it but don't know where it would be safe to hold up the Landrover

Per my previous post, I'm a big fan of the Hi-Lift for anyone going off-road. I would check out the Hi-Lift bumper adapter and see if that hooks up anywhere on the LR3. Also, assuming you don't have a winch, the Hi-Lift can be your winch-of-last-resort on the trail should you need it. (Today has been a big day for Hi-Lift threads---check out the others for more info & opinion on this)

Where to use a high-lift

I have an LR3 and there really is no where you could use it, I put on the winch myself and there is NOTHING behind that bumper that has any real strength, same for the rear as I have nearly ripped it off once. I hope that RoverTym will help us out soon with some metal to go around the bottom of all 4 sides!

oh yea....

I forgot: that is not to say there is no use for a highlift, just that there is nothing to attach it to, other than a wheel!

That's some sexy stuff there Axel. Almost as much so as seeing the skin getting stripped from an LR3 and someone getting their hands dirty with one. I think I need a therapist.

But what abou the Hella lights. If you look at the G4 challenge one it has four that have been cut in the front wind deflector. I'll probaly just do two lights though
