Hunting Season 2013 (Dove, Deer, Duck, Turkey)

Been trying to pattern deer for my first GA season. Only seen a few small cull bucks. Will be in the woods for TN archery opening Saturday. Post up your pics.

This was last weekend in SWLA. My buddy's fam has 8k acres on the gulf coast. His dad bagged this one.

Montana, begining of Pheasant season. Took 21 Pheasant, 17 Ruffed Grouse, 8 Sharpies and 8 Huns over 4 days of wild bird hunting - although 1 day was no hunting due to weather.

The final days of the season were well worth it. It was an extremely slow season, we only took a few does and a couple of cull bucks but he showed up at the right place at the right time. Had on camera and finally got a shot, well worth it.




I was lucky to be able to make a trip down to Louisiana this year to go duck/goose hunt. We had a pretty damn good two days in SWLA (same tract that gator photo is from). There are about 12 of use that are able to get together every year and hunt together. Over 2 days and 12 men we took down 49 ducks and nearly two dozen specks(1 day). Even got to trade a few birds for oysters.
