just bought Hella 4000 anyone knows how to install DIY!

Hi,
I just bought Hella 4000 pair plus harness wiring.
Does anyone know how to attch to my 1995 disco.
if there is any web-site tell instruction with pciture is perfect though.. ( I hvae no skills for fixing cars.)
Also, anyting else do I need beside two Hella 4000 plus wiring kit.

I think there is something called "directions" not sure of my terminology though..... but i think thats what they are called
