Left and Right Dash Air Vent Disassembly

I need to disassemble /pull out the left and right dash air vents on my LR3 as I am substituting it with the Burlwood air vents. Does anyone know if these vents just pull out like the center piece or do I need to take out some screws etc? If anyone has done this kindly advice as I don?t want break the core pieces while pulling them out.

They just pull out. I start from the bottom and lift up a bit as I pull out. Same for the center console trim around the radio.
