Know somebody thinks or possibility to lift the LR3?
The only one i know is www.matzker.de but i don?t like him!!!
The LR-Dealer can configur the Subsession with the Testbook, so normaly he can also lift it, or not?
Or change to spirngs, ther i found +2", but need i then other Shocks?

I look forawrd to seeing your finished result.
Can't you put spacers under air suspension? I though that you could rather than ripping it out and replacing it.

i believe you could trick the computer to stay in off-road height. If so thats a 3 inch lift basically over normal driving mode

Don't the rear axles pass through the frame rails.... That right there will limit the amount of lift you can do.. I'd set it on your highest setting and see how close those get to the frame rails..

haven't really looked that closely at them but, could you do a body lift on it or is it unibody? That at least would do away with the issue of the axles going through the frame and you could fit larger tires.

that would defeat the entire idea of the lift...GROUND CLEARANCE! it has a truck frame with a unibody on top...it's a car and a truck....don't think you could lift the body...

Well, not really since larger tires will give you more ground clearence... I guess the sawzal to the wheel wells would also work if a body lift won't..

I'm confused how is it a truck frame with a unibody? I was always under the impression that a unibpdy just meant the frame was integrated into the body?

Normally, yeah.... but with the new Rovers, Rover basically built a unibody, then stuck it on top of a chassis.... That's why they're so danged heavy.

My Audi allroads uses airbags to lift it like 4.5 inches in offroad mode. Problem is that mode is only in use on speeds 25mph and below. The reasoning is to protect the cv's at the angle of that higher speed offroad. Or at least what an audi mechanic told me. Might be the same issue with the lr3? Does the lr3 lower at speeds?
