I am having a strange issue with the PTI system in my new 2007 LR 3 HSE. I have no problem with any of the Bluebooth features or phone calls if I DO NOT use the cradle as supplied by LR (XVE 500021). However, when the phone (nokia 6230i) is in the cradle , the sound or volume when a call is active can only be achieved when I press number 7 on the dash mounted keypad. This is necessary 90% of the time while using the phone in the cradle. All other features work as they are supposed to. The dealer has seen this and has absolutely no answer other than it is working according to spec. We have tried using several different cradles with the same result on all. Anyone have any answers?? Alyssa, you seem to be well versed on these Bluetooth issues, any help???
