Went to replace rear diff fluid. Glad I checked the fill plug before draining it. What size is that thing? 10mm hex is too small, 12 is too big, instructions I'm finding online are not to be believed as they call for 8mm. Assuming 11mm but before I buy a socket I thought I'd check here.
2008 SE 4.4 open rear diff.
EDIT: okay, figured out that it's none of the above. Just the square drive 3/8". Yet the drain plug is 14mm hex. Why, Land Rover, why?
