Miata's

Does anyone here own a Miata? Just for fun I bought a 1991 a couple of months ago and have been slowly bringing it back. Overall it's a very solid car that's real easy to work on. It handles fantastic and the parts are quite cheap. I realize many are not too keen on them (no soul) but after you drive one a bit they really grow on ya.

You certainly can pack a helluva lot of horse power in those little guys. If you have not looked at miata.net, do so.

I had a black 92 with black exterior and tan interior. Very fun car to drive. Check around your area there is probably an active Miata club. They are easy to put on a supercharger, stiffen up the suspension some and you have a cheap little racer

Yeah , we used to call the little local bunch that came to the dealership for their get togethers "Miata Maggots". The Miata is a great little car for bridging ditches and cushioning the blow of running into the back of other cars. Its uses are endless.. I think I had one stuck in my tire on the way home from work today.

Miata.net is a great site. I have received lots of help from them. They can be made very fast and it handles fantastic in the twisty's.
