Anyone have a manual handy and can look up the minimum rotor thickness for front and back rotors on a DII? I'd appreciate it if you could share.

The minimum thickness is stamped on the rotors near where the lug nuts go through. How many miles do you have on your truck, does your truck pulsate when braking, if not don't just jump into new rotors. Don't forget to do a full brake bleed when changing your pads, you will get a firmer pedal.

According to the workshop manual:
Front:
New - 24.9 to 25.1mm
Service Limit - 22.0mm
Rear:
New - 12.5.12.7mm
Service Limit 11.7mm

And as an FYI the min pad thickness 2.0mm

Cheers,

Bill,
Don't let anyone talk you into turning your rotors either, the alloy is too soft and you will just open up a can of worms.

Dan: Thanks... that's what I needed.

Mike: I know you cannot turn the rotors.

All: Going with DBA rotors and LR pads... if I need to... I'm going to mic the rotors tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks again.
