FWIW the apple "big click wheel" is a joke.

If your not going to go Apple, your next best bet is to go with HP. They have made leaps and bounds when it comes to computers these days.

If it can be a desktop, try HHgregg they have the new touch screen desktop (sony or hp??) on sale, if you want I would be more than happy to build you a hell of a desktop for a rock bottom price. I would build you a laptop but hell, no one sells the individual parts to do so.

I went with IBM ...I mean Lennovo...
I've always liked the magnesium chassis of the T-thinkpads, my current dell is kaput due to a hairline in the motherboard.

Although they seem to bee overpriced, Macs are worth every penny. My main PC w/ a Core 2 quad at over 3 GHz seems slower than my 13" macbook (dual core 2.53 GHz) They have a friendly OS designed for the hardware. (HP/Dell?IBM/Toshiba don't make an OS)

Well, nevermind, you already got a PC.

eeeeyeaaaahh.....

I'll let nothing at all point out the funny bits of your post, and the incomplete logic, and the general pointlessness of it all. Nothing at all. I'll just do that, then.

Cheers,

Kennith

okay so IBM Lenovo was fine since they were one of the few companies that was offering a 7200 rpm drive and t9600 cpu...but when they delayed my order 3 times in 2 weeks and now tell me I must wait till 9/12 to get the spec I want, I went to the apple store and bought a MBP. the virtual machine and desktops are light years ahead of MS, I cant belive I have gone so long without a stable OS and a machien that isnt a update whore like vista

PC zero, AAPL, +1
