Pop/Cracking Sound

Recently, I have noticed a sound coming from the front driver side wheel that sounds like a popping/cracking sound when backing out of the driveway and when underway and then letting off of gas. Bushings are tight. Not sure if this is part of the issue but the swivel joint has some seepage.

Any suggestions?

If the swivel ball seal has been leaking for a while, it is possible the CV doesn't have the proper lubrication due to lack of grease. The CV could be on it's way out and causing the clicking.

You may also want to check your wheel bearings, and your U-joints on the drive-shafts. These areas will also create these sounds. Don't be too focused on the swivel, check all culprits and that list would also include brake-rotors/pads/mud shields, CV joints.
Just start process of elimination and replace what is required instead of replacing parts to eliminate origin of sound.
