I traded in the Subaru on this a couple of weeks ago. I just didn't trust the Wilderness to tow my camper long term.
It's been pretty sweet and I've already pulled the camper up to Michigan with it.
A lot of fun to drive.
Front and rear lockers, 405 hp with 430 torque.
Pretty happy with it so far.
Of course, Garrett's stuff is better.

I’ve been casually looking at those. On paper an awesome truck. How is it real life? How is the interior room/interior quality?

I'm pretty impressed! Everything is tight, fitted together nicely and no rattles. Exterior quality is the same.
I need to get a coat of wax on it but paint quality is pretty good also. And damn the thing is quick!

The Lexus dealer has been bullshitting me and now I need a truck because the LR4 sold quick. So I’m looking around again.

LC200? The Rangers are small inside, tho I’m sure the new ones are but better

Not really. There's plenty of room in the front and the back seats aren't bad either. This isn't a tiny 3rd gen truck.

Man, this is a cool truck. A shit-ton of bang for your buck. I need to convince myself that I need a second company truck. You know, to haul stuff....

Would be a tough choice between this and the ZR2. Shame with the plethora of engines in GM's stable that they don't offer a true Raptor competitor. It is nice though that they have a near Raptor competitor for 6-7k less if you don't need the extra power.

Engines are almost always a marketing thing. I.e. you must get a range rover to get a SCV8.

Since I enjoy general fuckery and can't leave anything alone I decided to update the sound system.
I had a Kicker 11HS8 powered subwoofer I originally was going to install in the Subaru but never did and replaced the stock sub. I installed a Mobridge DSP amplifier and replaced all of the speakers with Kicker KS series coaxial front and rear speakers. I also replaced the stock tweeters with Kicker 3/4" KS series.
Setting up the DSP is easy with the software Mobridge provides. It gives you total control of all the channels such as individual speaker EQ and timing.
The stock system was ok but now the sound is phenomenal.
I'll do some more tuning once I get a usb mic and run some pink noise through the system.

Stock versus upgrade.
