Ready to lift ... How the hell do I do it?

For my 2" DII lift, I pretty much followed the EE instructions and all has been well. OME HD springs in front, OME shocks all around, and in the back, I took a piece of flat steel, cut it into 3" lengths, and drilled some holes at about 1" and 1.25" (I think - I can measure if need be) and just raised the sensor. Saved some money until I fit springs or spacers and works just fine.

Truck has done more than fine offroad. Took it through quite a bit of tellico, and a few other challenging trails with no problem. The clearance - 2" was ample. I'm eventually throwing a TJM on the front - for now I just deal with cracks, and clearance issues.

Truck is a daily driver in the Atlanta area and I put 60 miles a day on it - $2 a gallon is a killer, but the truck handles just fine in all the traffic, whether going 15mph or 80mph.

Here's a DII with 3" OME lift and 265/75's. I prefer the 3" to the 2" lift. It's not much more and isn't really noticable while driving at all.

N108's for the rear shocks. I don't know anything about the Bilsteins though.
