Rear diff noise after Driveshaft replacement

I just installed a GBR Ujointed drive shaft on my '95 to replace the Rotoflex. Replaced the 3 bolt flange with a new 4 bolt and spacer along with a new seal. Now I am getting a scraping sound when at highway speeds and the drive line is freewheeling. No noise under power or deaccelrating, just in the transition point where the drive train is torque free. It is real loud and is definately comming from the rear area. Can't hear it at all around town, just at around the 45mph plus speeds.

Did I mess up the diff bearing somehow?
Could the new spacer be spining around dry?
Could it be the seal protecting flange on the new 4 bolt scraping on the diff housing?

Any other ideas what this could be?

I Have

The little metal dust shield on the flandge where it covers the seal. I have had some of these come loose after install and they can make some noise. See if you can free spin it....If so take it off ping in on four side with a punch and reinstall....Should take care of it if that was the problem.

The noise is back. Seems it needs to be driven for about 10 minutes before the noise starts.

Sounds like a bearing going bad somewhere in the driveline, but the noise is not there under load like one would think, it's there only when coasting and at road speeds (over 30mph).

Anyone have any ideas?

You did not put in the correct spacer when installing the flange or alternatively you failed to torque it down properly.
