Removing read door inner panel

Can't seem to find much of anything on this.
So thought I'd ask fellow dwebers how to remove the panel on the inside of the rear door without destroying whatever they use to hold it in place.

another thing you might want to do it get a long peice of thin metal like a metel ruler or something like that. Slide it behind the door panel to locate the retaining pins. once you konw where the pin is use the trim panel removing tool (found at local auto parts shop for about $10). A screw drvier will work to be pry it out slowly.

Found a weed puller in the garage, looked like the auto part so I used it....only a couple of studs broke. Had no problems at all running the CB wire I wanted to. Thanks
