I have a broken pole on our Mountain Hardwear Solitude one man tent.
It has the Easton poles and the main pole snapped.

Anyone know where to find replacement poles?
We're trying to avoid getting them straight from Easton,
but will if its the only option.

call mountain hardware....their customer service is freaking awesome. depending on how the pole broke....they will likely send you a replacement.

hi so and so, i need to look in to getting a replacement platypus bladder.
what seems to be the problem?
the mouth piece is warped and leaking. possibly from heat exposure from being left in a car but im not really sure what happened to it.
what size?
whats your adress?
yada yada....
ok, i will send you one out!
sweet!

never once placed on hold or had a call transferred. no call longer than a few minutes. never questioned or hassled and never charged. the north face on the other hand wants money for everything even when it is due to inferior product. i have dealt with mountain hardware over zippers a couple of times....just as good as cascade designs...no hassles!

enjoy!

Wish I could do that for hubby's Therma-Rest pad. Our border collie chewed the air valve to pieces!

send it to them, it probably wont be free but they can fix it if its just the valve. i would at least call them and see what they can do.

i had a stove accident involving one of my nf sleeping bags. it was (imho) pretty toasted as the fire even got part of the zipper. i didnt think it was very fixable but i sent it in and they put a new zipper on and replaced the burnt shell sections and fill. cant even tell....i believe it was just like $30 which is good considering the price of the bag. some of the thermarests are relatively expensive ;)

enjoy!

Well, I fixed it for a little over $8!!

Considering a new one just like this one (the ultralite backpacking version) was $60-80 I couldn't be happier! The dog only chewed the plastic valve; a replacement kit was $7.95 and took about 5 minutes. :)
