Rotor Shortage?

I've been looking for some quality brake rotors for my '99 Disco II. DBA, Brembo, EBC...it seems all of them are out of stock on backorder with no expected date when they'll be available. DBA apparently are doing a redesign of their rotors before they'll be available again. So which one of you guys is hoarding all the brakes out there? If anybody can steer me in the direction of some quality (preferably slotted) rotors that won't brake the bank I'd be most appreciative.

WHen i ordered my EBC brakes from tirerack, rears were on a 6 month back order. I finaly got them and love em. I would suggest getting an order in then waiting. if you find them available somewhere else then cancel the order.

Wait it out, it will be worth the wait. I bought my DBA's from John at E.E. you might check with him. Also check with Atlantic British they have a slotted rotor/ pad special. I am running their kevlar pads and they are super.

Thanks guys but I've already talked to E.E. and I cancelled my order with Tirerack yesterday when they told me they didn't know when (i.e. several weeks/months) the EBC's would be in. I don't have the luxury of waiting however so anybody have any suggestions? Thanks again y'all...

By the way I'm looking for front rotors. I have found Brembo's but only for the rear. :(

Try Atlantic British for the EBC brake set. I got green stuff pads and the dimpled/slotted rotors last week. I ordered on 20 SEP and received them on 22 SEP I believe. I'm not off more than a day or two either way though.

I was just looking the other night on Ebay for brakes and found quite a few for the rears. This may be your place to shop. There was some EBC, Brembo and a couple others. Just an FYI.
