In Virginia, it is illegal to have a weapon openly displayed in your vehicle, where others may have access to it. .

This is wrong, too. In Virginia, you can carry, but unless you have a Concealed Carry license, you cannot conceal the gun in a glove box, under the seat, door pocket, etc... It has to be in plain view if loaded. It is recommended that the gun be secured in the back of the vehicle, unloaded, and the action open. But, thats is not a law.

You are correct. I do not own any of my firearms anymore. And even when I am off of probation, I will have to wait five years before I apply to get my right to own again. All I am allowed to hunt with right now is my bows. All 28 of my firearms were sold or sent to my grandfather and uncle out of state when I was arrested.

LOL. Watch enough Westerns, and the first thing you'll learn, is that no one turns down a free drink. From anybody. LOL. And besides, I don't have much longer on probation. I have a lot of family around Virginia, and I need to visit those parts anyways. Besides, Shawnie wants to go to MAR, as long as Dan and I can behave. I promised her I would, so MAR will be a yearly event for us, I hope. Depends on my work schedule, more than probation at this point.

I am southern and I hold grudges! Yes it rarely comes out but when it does start running! Normally I am sweet and easy to get along with!!
