Hi all. I have a 96 disco and when i am driving at higher speeds it pull severely when taking my foot on or off the accelerator - any thoughts?

i had the shock replaced up front and some bushings but still seems to happen.

rear trailing arm bushings perhaps?

axle problems ?

I appreciate any insight you have

thanks !

Did you replace one shock or both? Always replace suspension and braking components in pairs!

That's how I change lanes to pass other vehicles

Step on gas my D1 turns to left, let off gas, turns back to right. :)

lol, that's how I change lanes in my '96, too!
And I understand that the only reason for it must be worn trailing arms' bushings - but no close-up observation or shaking or rattling the trailing arms revealed any noticeable offenders.

yep rear arms.

the bushings are loose so when you give it gas you get some torque steer. simply replace and you will realize that it drives way better than you can remember.
