Spring Question. OME

I got the heavy duty setup all the way around. I just got done installing the front shocks and springs and on the bottom front of the springs there is a gap of about .25 to .5 inches between the rubber isolator and the bottom of the spring. Will the spring eventually fully touch at this point or did I do something wrong. It is a 99 D1 and I got the rubber isolators to go between the spring and seat.

What type of shocks? OME?

Yep. I contacted Ho at Expedition Exchange and he said to drive it around and the would seat them selves and they did. Thanks though.
