ok my starter i think is going out. my car won't turn over but when i keep turning the key a few times it will work. looked at my relays and one of them is flashing when it clicks. anybody have an idea what it could be.
First things first, don't guess and waist your money, run down to one of the parts store or your mechanice and get your charging system checked and also a draw test on the starter then you will know for sure.
