My raingutters on the sunroof are plugged up or disconnected or something because I am getting a lot of water coming through the headliner. Is it pretty straight forward to remove the headliner or is there anything I have to watch out for? i.e. clips that could break or hiden screws.

I would check the rave CD but I installed some new software on the computer and now the CD doesn't work.

In August I removed the sagging headliner of my Range Rover. Took less than 1/2 hr, even with my 5yr son 'helping'. :) When I was done I took a peek at my Disco, and looks like it'd be the same procedure.

Basically, start at the front of the truck. Remove the visors, grab handles, interior lights, etc. Just work front to back. The only 'tricky' part was the trim around the sunroof. Lots of little metal 'clips' which were a pain to take off. Once all the trim is off, the headliner can be pulled out the rear cargo door in one big piece. It's actually a rigid piece of foam.

Right now, my headliner is sitting against one of the inside walls of my garage. One of these days I might actually recover it and put it back in, but I kind of like the 'bare metal' look. :)
