Sunroof drain tubes?

This is a follow up to my wet driver's side floor. (checked the A/C drain tubes and they look clear) Some one suggest that the sunroof drain tubes might be cloged, can some one tell me where they are? Also if you have any other ideas, I would love to hear them.

They run inside the A-pillars. If you pull the inside pillar covers off, you can see them thru a couple of the holes in the steel. They're clear tubing. Having the covers off will also allow you to see if the water is trickling down from the headliner or coming in the sides of the windshield.
